The Daily Water Initiative
Thirst is the silent killer. With water systems destroyed,
our Water Tanker Convoys are the only source of clean drinking water for thousands providing 40,000 litres of clean water every day..
The Frequency: These tankers run daily routes, ensuring families don’t have to drink brackish, contaminated water.
The Food Basket Project
While hot meals provide immediate relief, food baskets provide security. These parcels allow families to prepare their own meals and survive in areas where our kitchens cannot reach.
The Contents: Essential, non-perishable staples including flour, cooking oil, lentils, beans, sugar, and canned goods.
The Security: One basket provides a family with enough core staples to survive for weeks.
The Shelter & Tent Initiative
Winter is unforgiving. With homes destroyed, thousands are sleeping on the cold ground. A tent is not just shelter; it is privacy, protection, and the closest thing to a home they have left.
The Specs: Heavy-duty, waterproof tents designed to withstand wind and rain.
The Protection: Each tent provides a safe haven for an entire displaced family (average 5-7 members).
The Crisis: A Race Against Time
Two years into the crisis, the infrastructure of life in Gaza has been decimated. 70% of the population faces famine. Water networks are dry. Families are sleeping under open skies. But amidst the rubble, smoke is rising from our kitchens and canvas tents are rising from the ground.
While the world debates, Ejabh is working.
Right now, in Gaza and displacement camps across the strip, our teams are operating on four critical fronts. We aren’t waiting for borders to open—we are sourcing, cooking, building, and distributing on the ground.
